 A QUICK INTRODUCTION

Five ways to play.

  1. Classic / Free-for-all. An endless board for two or 3–8 players. Five consecutive pieces wins.
  2. Battle royale. A 19×19 arena closes one square from each edge after every full round, down to 5×5. Pieces outside remain visible but stop counting. Connect five inside the safe area to win.
  3. Final arena. After one full round at 5×5, or when the safe area fills, longest safe line wins; ties use most safe pieces, then earliest safe placement, then starting order. The game always resolves to one winner.
  4. Conquest. Two rivals battle across 25 separate 7×7 sectors. Five inside a sector claims it permanently. First to 13 sectors (52%) wins. Lines cannot cross sector borders. A full unclaimed sector clears so it can be fought again.
  5. Online tournament. Create or join a 4- or 8-person room. The host starts when full. Every match is Classic; winners advance automatically. Each browser session controls one seat, and other matches can be watched.

Use Character style to switch between Bug Disco, Robo Duckies, Reef Wardens, Veggie Drip, Parrot Knights, Doodle Creatures, and Tactical Squad without changing the game. Click a player’s avatar or Choose my doodle to pick a character. Parrot Knights have a switchable armor outfit and tiny shoulder riders. Choices save on this device. Occupied squares match their team color. Motion can be switched off and respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.

Local modes share one screen. Tournament players use separate sessions connected to the same game server.
